The new "Black Ops" Navy Seals Dive Watch has a larger, easier to read dial with large, bright illumination at each marker. The second hand is also illuminated. Daytime and nighttime visibility is perfect.
The case is solid stainless steel. Both the case back and the crown screw down for water tightness. The watch is depth tested to 200 meters (or 660 feet) for water resistance.
