The Accutron Oxford Chronograph featured above and on the right is one of the most popular and best selling fine Swiss watches in history. Everyone who sees it falls in love with it. It's a large, masculine watch with a bold flowing design. The two tone contrasting dial with bi-faced high polished hands is incredibly handsome. It's unique, yet the styling is timeless. The sculptured tonneau shaped case is a new twist on the classic men's dress watch design. To be certain, at a 39 millimeter width and 46 millimeter height, the watch is much larger than the normal rectangular watches. The curved case is matched by a rare curved sapphire crystal. The watch lugs are flared at the ends. A stone cabochon crown completes the very dramatic design.
Featured on the right is the Rose Goldtone case with two tone dial and brown leather strap. An all white stainless steel model with a two tone black and gray dial is also available and is shown below.
Everything about this watch emphasizes the superb quality of this entirely Swiss made timepiece. Attention has been paid to the very smallest details. Each Oxford Chronograph (with stopwatch functions) is made by using 316 grade surgical stainless steel. The jeweled Swiss movement is accurate to within a few seconds a year, one of the most accurate watches ever designed at any price. The sapphire crystal is nearly impervious to scratches or marks. The finely detailed dial is three dimensional with raised hour markers and subdial accents.
The watch is beautifully sculpted and is only 12 millimeters thick. The watch is extremely durable and is water resistant to 50 meters (or 165 feet) below sea level.
